Michael A. Goldman
Michael Goldman enjoys a varied practice as principal with the firm of Goldman, Robbins, Nicholson & Mack P.C. His practice primarily focuses on civil and criminal litigation in both the State and Federal Courts. He has represented plaintiffs in personal injury/wrongful death and civil rights claims as well as defended individuals, businesses and governmental entities in actions brought against them. Michael is comfortable in the Courtroom having tried approximately 100 cases before a jury.
Jeffery P. Robbins
Jeff's practice focuses on civil litigation, land use issues and land use development, governmental/administrative law matters and in oil and gas law. Mr. Robbins has extensive trial experience involving general business matters, real estate disputes, condemnation and land use issues, construction matters, governmental and administrative law issues, adverse possession disputes, and tax matters. He has developed considerable expertise in litigating real estate and land use controversies in state and federal courts.

Lindsey Nicholson’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. Lindsey's real estate practice includes the areas of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and leasing, as well as financing and development. She has represented real estate developers and corporate and individual business clients in a variety of real estate transactions in southwest and central Colorado.
